Felon Arrested With Firearm Next To Banning Police Department
A man was arrested after he was reportedly found carrying a loaded firearm while he was loitering next to the department, police said.
BANNING, CA — A felon was arrested after he was allegedly found carrying a loaded firearm in public and possessing ammunition and drug paraphernalia, authorities said Saturday.
Police officers conducted a check on the man on Sept. 13 around 6 p.m. when he was allegedly loitering next to the Banning Police Department, police said.
He was identified as Eric Guerrero, 40, a convicted felon and resident of Banning, according to the department.

A search of his property revealed he was in possession of a loaded .22 caliber revolver, three pellet pistols that resembled firearms, drug paraphernalia and several rounds of miscellaneous ammunition, according to police.
