5 Injured In Fiery Crash Along SR-60 Amid Morning Commute
Five people were sent to the hospital after this collision that disrupted Tuesday morning's commute.

JURUPA VALLEY, CA —Five people were injured Tuesday in a fiery two-vehicle collision on westbound Highway 60 in Jurupa Valley.
Shortly after 7:15 a.m., emergency responders arrived at the Rubidoux Boulevard off-ramp where the crash occurred, according to the Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.
The collision blocked two lanes of travel, with one vehicle coming to rest facing the wrong way and another careening into a ditch and catching fire, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch operators.

The agency said three people sustained moderate injuries, while two sustained minor injuries. All five were taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
The car fire was quelled by 8:15 a.m. Two lanes on Highway 60 were temporarily closed for an undetermined amount of time.
