Have You Seen This Man? RivCo Sheriff's Dept. Asks for Help
The man is wanted in an attempted kidnapping case in which the girl fought free and escaped, sheriff's officials said.

A composite sketch was released Friday of a suspect who grabbed a girl and attempted to drag her away before she escaped.
Though the incident happened in Moreno Valley, the Riverside County Sheriff's Department is asking everyone if they may recognize the suspect seen in the composite sketch here.
The incident happened about 1 p.m. Thursday in the 13000 block of Wichita Way, in the area of Nason Street and Eucalyptus Ave., according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department.

The girl -- whose identity was not released -- told deputies she was sitting on her bicycle when a man walked up and tried to pull her off. The youngster fought free, and the suspect immediately fled the area on foot, according to sheriff's officials.
The child was not injured.

The man was described as black, light-skinned, 25-35 years old, with short hair, about six feet tall, wearing red clothing and what appeared to be a sailor hat.
Anyone with information was urged to call the sheriff's Moreno Valley station at (951) 247-8700.
