Human Remains Found In RivCo, Man Booked On Suspicion Of Murder: Police
A man who was taken into custody was in the same area as the remains, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Office.

CABAZON, CA — A man was taken into custody in connection with human remains discovered over the weekend in Cabazon, authorities said.
Jesse Kennedy, 48, of Cabazon, was booked on suspicion of murder into the Cois Byrd Detention Center, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Office.
The remains were located shortly before 12:30 a.m. Saturday as a result of an ongoing homicide investigation in the area of Williams Avenue and Poplar Street, authorities said, adding Kennedy was identified as the suspect and was located in the same area as the remains. The victim’s identity is being withheld pending notification of next of kin, according to the sheriff’s office.
