I-215 Emergency Guardrail Repairs Planned Friday In Riverside County

Drivers, be advised of closures in the area of I-215 and SR-60 in Moreno Valley.

MORENO VALLEY, CA — An emergency guardrail repair is planned for Friday on a northbound Interstate 215 off-ramp in Moreno Valley, weather permitting, the California Department of Transportation alerted the public.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, workers will fully close the northbound I-215 on-ramp at Box Springs Road/Fair Isle Drive.

Crews will be removing and replacing damaged guardrail due to safety concerns for the traveling public. This work area will affect drivers in the area around I-215 and State Route 60 (Pomona Freeway).

When you see Caltrans workers, slow down for safety, that agency says. "Please reduce your speed when approaching work areas to ensure the safety of crews and other drivers on the route. Signage will be placed ahead to indicate approaching roadway work."
