Inmates Relocated After Fire at Regional Jail in Riverside County
Officials said the fire's cause was electrical.

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA – An electrical fire broke out inside the Riverside County jail in Indio Friday, forcing a brief relocation of inmates before county fire crews contained the blaze.
The non-injury fire was reported at about 10:40 a.m. at the jail at 46057 Oasis St., said sheriff's PIO Deputy Armando Munoz.
According to the deputy, the fire prompted officials to move inmates to another section of the jail while county firefighters contained the blaze.
