Juneteenth Celebration Returns To Roosevelt Williams Park In Banning
The event will be hosted by City Councilwoman Colleen Wallace.
BANNING, CA — Banning officials announced City Councilwoman Colleen Wallace will be hosting a Juneteenth community event in recognition of the annual holiday.
The Juneteenth celebration will begin at 11 a.m. at Roosevelt Williams Park.
"This community event invites everyone to come together in recognition of Juneteenth, a day that honors freedom, history, and resilience," the City of Banning said on Facebook.

The event, which was also held at the park last year, will include music from a live DJ.
