LAFCO Approves Sunny Cal Annexation
LAFCO Approves Sunny Cal Annexation into the City of Beaumont.
On July 27, 2017 the Riverside LAFCO Commissioners voted 5/2 to Approve the Sunny Cal Annexation into the Beaumont City Limits in order to circumvent Cherry Valley's One House per One Acre Rural Designation.
Sunny Cal will not construct 497 houses without CEQA EIR, Fire and Safety Projection, Roads, Recycled Water, or Schools. The houses will have massive CFD Taxes to pay for Lawyers and Consultant's 'freedom' to pillage the Pass Area.
Many Beaumont and Cherry Valley Citizens spoke against the Annexation, but no one from the 'nowaygateway' parade showed up.
