Lane Closures Planned For 215 And 60 Freeways In RivCo Starting Oct. 12: Caltrans

MORENO VALLEY, CA — Maintenance crews will conduct sweeping operations on the 215 Freeway and State Route 60 on Oct. 12 and Oct. 13, with alternating moving lane closures, Caltrans announced on Friday.

On Monday, crews will work in the northbound and southbound HOV lanes of I-215, from the Riverside-San Bernardino county line to Box Springs Road and Fair Isle Drive.

On Tuesday, sweeping operations will take place in the eastbound and westbound HOV lanes of SR-60, from Day Street to Theodore Street.

The work is scheduled to take place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day, Caltrans said.

Motorists were advised to expect moving closures in the work areas and allow extra travel time.
