The City refuses to release the James Gregg Claim to the Public - at what the City claims to be the direction of the Law Firm of Slovak Baron Empey Murphy Pinkney.
James Gregg’s Law office is located in the Union Bank building. Gregg is the original Principal of General Government Management Services (GGMS). Gregg made former Beaumont City Manager Alan Kapanicas the Principal of GGMS when Gregg used Beaumont’s forged Financial Statements to create the City’s self-insurance agency, ERMAC. Gregg also drew a $1/4 Million salary as Beaumont’s ‘Risk Manager’.

The Beaumont City Council ‘denied the Claim’ for James Gregg, which is the same procedure used by Beaumont Staff and Council that eventually led to paying Kapanicas $109,000 on July 12, 2017.
On March 15, 2016, City Attorney John Pinkney stated in Council that his Law Firm removed documents pertaining to the Law Firm of Aklufi Wysocki that were in Beaumont’s Bond Requisitions, but when a Public Records’ Request was submitted to release the documents the Law Firm claimed they had no documents.

The Law Firm of Slovak Baron Empey Murphy Pinkney is composed of a bunch of dirty lawyers that previously worked for Best Best and Krieger (BBK), which is a Wal-Mart type of law firm used by many government agencies in SoCal.
Their reputations are that of dirty lawyers, but why the Attorneys in the Law Firm Slovak Baron are risking their licenses to cover up for and pay out to the people that previously pillaged Beaumont is unknown. But it’s obvious that Beaumont Staff and Council are making no attempt to hold anyone accountable for the past fraud and embezzlement or these wolves wouldn’t continue to knock at the door.

34:35 Pinkney: There were some Invoices from Aklufi and Wysocki and it was probably about 1/2 inch thick. I have not reviewed them, but they contained descriptions of the work that was done. I don’t know if that work was done for the City or done for somebody else, but I did pull the legal bills. I’m going to redact the time entries, which are privileged, and then we’ll produce those separately and that’s about 1/2 inch of documents.
