BANNING, CA ā A magnitude 3.6 earthquake rattled the Banning area Tuesday morning, but there were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
The temblor was centered about 2.48 miles south of the city and struck at 10:57 a.m., according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
The shaking was felt in the nearby cities of Hemet and Riverside.
