RivCo Man Arrested In Peeping Tom, Prowler Case Involving Female UCR Students: PD
The suspect was arrested and booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center on multiple charges, and later released on bail, police said.

RIVERSIDE, CA — Authorities arrested a 49-year-old man in a prowler/peeping tom case involving female students who attend University of California, Riverside, police said.
The incidents were reported on Feb. 2 in a residential neighborhood near Watkins Avenue and the 215 Freeway in Riverside, according to Riverside Police Department.
Police said during their investigation, officers learned similar reports had been filed in November, and that both incidents involved female students who attend UCR.

Investigators identified Roberto Clemente Rincon as the suspect, according to Riverside Police Department.
"Mr. Rincon reportedly parked his vehicle in the area and then approached the residences at night, where he looked inside the windows. Officers later obtained video footage capturing Mr. Rincon in the act," said Det. Steven Espinosa of Riverside Police Department.

Rincon was arrested and booked into the Robert Presley Detention Center on multiple charges, and later released on bail, police said.
Police said they believe there may be more victims of peeping who have not come forward yet.
