Morongo Hiring More Than 200 People, Job Fairs Begin This Week

CABAZON, CA — The Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in Cabazon will host a series of job recruitment fairs in March, for the third consecutive month, in an ongoing effort to fill more than 200 positions.
The hiring events are scheduled on March 1, 3, 8, 10 and 23. The March 1, 3 and 23 events are from 10 a.m. to noon, while the other two events are from noon to 2 p.m., and all are in the resort's Grand Ballroom.
"Morongo continues to see exciting levels of growth and new additions, such as the innovative Marketplace by celebrity chef Fabio Viviani, that requires new team members who will be willing to provide world-class resort experiences for our guests," resort Chief Operating Officer Richard St. Jean said. "Now is the ideal time to consider joining our growing team at the Morongo Casino Resort & Spa."

Officials said a variety of slots remain unfilled, including cashiers, custodians, hosts, room attendants and security guards.
There's also a need for cooks and servers, with same-day offers and the potential for $1,000 sign-on bonuses.

Officials noted that the resort "offers competitive wages and benefits," including "medical, dental and vision insurance options for full- time team members and dependents." Jobs additionally feature 401K retirement plans and vacation time.
