Like Mother, Like Daughter: Mom's Day Photo

RIVERSIDE, CA – Whether it's through their personalities, their looks or a combination of both, daughters become a reflection of the women who raised them. With Mother's Day 2018 right around the corner, we are celebrating that special bond by inviting Patch readers across California to share their "mother-daughter lookalike" photos.

In these images are lifelong Riverside residents Debbie Schier and her daughter Kelly DeMuth.

"In my 20s and 30s people started commenting that my mom and I looked like sisters," Kelly writes. " I wasn’t exactly fond of that, because I thought it meant I looked OLD! Now, in my 40s, I realize what a compliment it is when people say how much we look alike! My mother is a treasure!!!"
