The City had $13.9 Million as of Dec 31, 2017. The Fire Station Fund should be at $30 Million. Where's the Rest of the Taxes & Fees?

The Citizens of the State of California enacted two big red flags to expose Government Corruption. One is the Brown Act and the other is the Public Records’ Act.

I have requested the Sewer Fund General from April 23, 2015 to Present, the Number of Housing Permits Issued from April 23, 2015 to Present, and a summary of each Special Fund as of December 31, 2017.

I also requested Payroll for the month of January, 2018, which I have requested and received for the past five years, but the public records’ request has gone unfulfilled.

At the last Sewer Workshop the Public explained that they do not trust the City because the City has a long history of lying and stealing taxpayer money.

I am requesting that you bring to Thursday’s Sewer Workshop the documents requested to show the public that you are accounting for the taxpayers’ money.

The General Fund Bank Account had $13.9 Million as of December 31, 2017. The Fire Station Fund should have about $30 Million, so I’m very interested to hear your explanation of how the City isn’t squandering Taxes and Mitigation Fees, but all the money is gone.

The Public would also like to see Webb and Associates $3.2 Million Sewer Design.
