Oak Valley Parkway will be closed between the 10 Freeway and Oak View Drive from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. July 19 through July 22. <a href="https://beaumontcabusiness.gov/assets/main/oak-valley-village---brochure.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">Oak Valley Village</a> is a 230,000 square-foot commercial development that will include retail businesses. The project is expected to be completed next year. Oak Valley Parkway was previously closed Monday and Tuesday for construction work. Motorists were advised to follow posted detour signs and allow for extra travel time in that area.

Arthritis in the Hispanic Community

Knee osteoarthritis often develops gradually, becoming more common with age. Other risk factors include previous knee injuries, excess body weight, repetitive stress on the joints, family history, and occupations that require frequent kneeling, squatting, climbing, or heavy lifting.
