Pass Area Gasoline Price Drops to Lowest Amount Since February

The average price has dropped 25 of the past 31 days, data indicates.

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA - The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in the Inland Empire dropped Thursday to its lowest amount since Feb. 9, decreasing three-tenths of a cent to $2.86.

The average price has dropped 25 of the past 31 days, decreasing 12.3 cents, including three-tenths of a cent on Wednesday, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service.

The average price is 1.2 cents less than one week ago, 11.9 cents lower than one month ago and 2.5 cents below what it was one year ago, but 10.2 cents more than on Jan. 1.
