Prostitution Stings Snares 17 People In Jurupa Valley
Three women were arrested on suspicion of prostitution and running a brothel; 14 "johns" were also taken into custody.

JURUPA VALLEY, CA — Seventeen people were taken into custody Friday afternoon following a Jurupa Valley sex trafficking sting by Riverside County sheriff's deputies.
Over the course of the investigation, three women — Hyo Sook Kim, 57, of Apple Valley; Young Mi Lim, 38, of Irvine; and Escobar Veronica Carrillo Escobar, 39, Los Angeles — were arrested on suspicion of prostitution and running a brothel, according to the sheriff's department.
The arrests took place in the 4600 block of Galena Street following a search warrant service, the department reported.

Jail records were unavailable for Escobar, but the data showed Kim and Lim were released on $5,000 bail each and are due to appear in court in June.
A “john” sting operation was also set up the same day that snared 14 people on suspicion of soliciting prostitutes. The arrestees named by the sheriff's department were Aaron Esparano, 38, of Fontana; Victor Huezo, 24, of Riverside; Jose Garcia Hernandez, 34, of Riverside; Ricardo Trinidad, 24, of Perris; Shawn Johnson, 24, of Corona; Tommy Nou, 38, of Long Beach; Santiago Negrete Luna, 34, of Eastvale; Mahesh Sukumaran, 40, of Norwalk; Kym Mckay, 41, of Victorville; Alexander Arreola, 24, of Norco; Michael Tkach Yk, 25, of Riverside; Liborio Morales, 21, of Riverside; Jose Bautista, 35, of Riverside; and Efren Castillo Caspar, 49, of Jurupa Valley.
