Riverside County Doctor Tests Positive For Coronavirus
COVID-19 testing for patients and medical staff who may have been exposed is scheduled.

RIVERSIDE, CA — A doctor at Riverside Medical Clinic's Day Street location tested positive for COVID-19 and health investigators Friday were working to track down patients with whom the doctor may have interacted.
Health investigators are tracking down patients and medical staff who may have come into contact with the physician while he was working at Riverside Medical Clinic's Day Street office in Riverside, near the Moreno Valley border.
"This is an unfortunate situation and we are taking all steps necessary to protect the patients and staff," Riverside County Public Health Officer Dr. Cameron Kaiser said in a statement released Friday afternoon.

Testing for patients who may have been exposed will take place Saturday.
The physician, who was not identified, is expected to recover, county health officials said.
