Riverside County Man Arrested For Shooting At Vehicle
Juan Carlos Zambrano, 21, is suspected of shooting into a vehicle, authorities said. The vehicle's occupant was not injured.

HEMET, CA — A 21-year-old Hemet man was arrested for allegedly shooting into a vehicle, authorities said Saturday.
Juan Carlos Zambrano was arrested Thursday in the area of Mountain and Old Mountain avenues, according to Riverside County sheriff's Sgt. Perry Willow.
Zambrano is suspected of shooting into a vehicle at 7:20 p.m. Wednesday in the 25000 block of Florida Avenue, Willow said. The vehicle's occupant was not injured.

A search warrant was served at a location in the 43000 block of Palm Avenue and Zambrano's vehicle, where evidence was collected, the sergeant said.
Zambrano was booked at the Southwest Detention Center in Murrieta for suspicion of attempted murder, assault with a firearm and willfully discharging a firearm in a negligent manner, Willow said.

Sheriff's inmate information indicated he was released, with a court date set for April.
