Semi Overturns On Westbound 60 Freeway
Removal of the semi was expected to take until about 4 p.m., according to the CHP.

MORENO VALLEY, CA — A big rig overturned on the Moreno Valley (60) Freeway in Moreno Valley Wednesday afternoon, but the driver escaped serious injury.
The crash happened about 1:40 p.m. on the westbound 60, near the Day Street on-ramp, according to the California Highway Patrol. The tanker truck jackknifed close to the shoulder of the freeway, hitting a sedan as it went over.
There were no leaks from the rig, except for a small amount of transmission fluid, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.

Officials said the trucker suffered minor injuries and was taken to Riverside University Medical Center in Moreno Valley for treatment.
The motorist in the sedan apparently was unhurt.
