Beaumont Sewer Rate Increases So That Pardee Homes and Other Home Developers Can OverBuild and OverTax the Sewer Plant
City Council decided to raise everyone's sewer rates just so our out-of-town home developers can continue to overbuild and overtax our infrastructure. So much for mitigation fees. Maybe Tuesday night's $5 million theft from the 'restricted' CFD Residual account will help? We'll see this time next year.
