Supervisors to Meet July 11th to Spot Zone Cherry Valley

Riverside Board of Supervisors meeting on July 11th for Proposed Zone Change to build a 177 Unit Low Income Trailer Park on Nancy St.

The Meeting is not yet posted on the Board of Supervisors' website, but they already contacted CVAN. Below is a letter from Patsy to those opposed to 'Spot Zoning' in Cherry Valley.

And that's the point of the 'noway gateway' crowd, right? As Beaumont Councilman Nancy Carroll proclaimed; "They're not against warehouses, just spot zoning."

We can all expect the Beaumont City Council to send a letter to the Board of Supervisors opposing this project, right?

I need your support on this ridiculous project....It is on less then 25 acres - zoned 1 house 1 acre! They stated they would run a sewer line down Nancy & hook up to Beaumont's system...Can you believe that?

I have already been to one supervisors meeting testifying against this project.

What I desperately need from all of you is an email to

our Supervisor Marion Ashley (district5@rcbos.org)

stating your objection. Short and to the point.

CV Community is mentioned in the new General Plan a number of times - yet they are considering a project as this (plus two more that will

have a HUGE IMPACT ON ALL OF US. PLEASE CC IT TO ME. THANK YOU ALL. PATSY
