Toddler Suffers Serious Burns from Boiling Water

Ā SAN JACINTO, CA -- A 2-year-old San Jacinto boy was seriously burned Friday when boiling water splashed onto him.Ā Ā
The scalding was reported about 4:40 p.m. at a house in the 1100 blockĀ of Sundew Way, just off Orchid Lane, according to the Riverside County FireĀ Department.Ā Ā
A department official said paramedics arrived to find the toddler with``significant burns to the face and abdomen,'' apparently after boiling waterĀ spilled on him.Ā
