TOPS is a Non-Profit Affordable Weight Loss Support Group

And we're right here in both Banning and Beaumont! If you live in Four Seasons or Sun Lakes, you have your own TOPS chapters for residents!

I would love to show you the Public Service Announcement to help you understand a little about TOPS but it exceeds the limits of the size that can be posted. This photo was featured in the Friday, Jan 4 People magazine. We're so proud of our TOPS member (in yellow on the right) that was chosen to participate. Look for photos, short videos and success stories on www.tops.org.

Real People. Real Weight Loss. As a non-profit for over 70 years, we continue to be there for the support and accountability that it takes to succeed. Meeting for an hour once a week with like-minded people all working together makes all the difference. The members truly care about each other. Come and visit Free! It's only $32 a year to join plus nominal monthly dues (usually $3 or $4) that stays with the chapter for their expenses. If you can't make it to meetings there is a wonderful online TOPS group with the same caring support and tools. Check out the locator on our website www.tops.org and you'll find the details of the meeting locations near you.

Note the first time listed is when you can arrive for a weigh-in and the second is when the meeting starts. Most meetings are 45 minutes to an hour.
