Traffic Alert: 10 Freeway Ramps Closing In Pass Area

The ramps closures will last for 10 days in some cases and several months in another case.

PASS AREA, CA — Several Interstate 10 ramps in the San Gorgonio Pass Area will close for 10 days at a time as part of the I-10 Tune Up project, according to Caltrans.

Starting at 7 p.m. Nov. 29, the eastbound Highland Springs offramp will close and is expected to reopen Dec. 9. Motorists should use Beaumont or Sunset avenues as detours, Caltrans announced.

Starting at 7 p.m. on Dec. 9, the eastbound Sunset Avenue offramp will close, with reopening slated for Dec. 19. Motorists should use Highland Springs or Beaumont Avenue as detours, Caltrans said.

The eastbound Sunset Avenue onramp will be closed through mid-March. Commuters should use eastbound 22nd or 8th streets to get onto I-10.
