Woman's Body Found In Banning

BANNING, CA — Law enforcement officials are investigating the death of a woman whose body was found inside a Banning home this week. According to the Riverside County coroner's office, the woman was discovered around 10 a.m. Tuesday.

Details about the case are limited at this time, but the Banning Police Department is investigating the death. It's not clear how the woman was found — or how long she was dead — but it was in the 500 block of North Hathaway Street — in between Nicolet and George streets, the coroner's report shows.

Neither the woman's age nor name were released.
