Ziggi's Beaumont Coffee Shop Grand Opening Week Planned: What To Know When You Go

BEAUMONT, CA — Get ready and set to drive through for your favorite cup of coffee, Beaumont.

Starting Tuesday, Pass Area residents can head to the new drive-thru store is located at 311 E. 1st St. and will be open Monday through Friday from 5 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.

To celebrate the opening, the location will host a Week of Deals from Tuesday to Sunday, featuring daily promotions, a Free Ziggi’s for a Year giveaway, and a community fundraiser supporting the Kids Cures Foundation, according to franchise owner Melissa Malone-Montgomery.

"The opening represents the culmination of a journey several years in the making," she said.

Her first experience with Ziggi’s came during the pandemic when she opened a café-only location. As consumer habits rapidly shifted toward drive-thru convenience, the experience provided valuable insight into how the business was evolving. Rather than stepping away from the brand, Malone-Montgomery used what she learned to return with a drive-thru model designed for long-term success.

“My belief in Ziggi’s never wavered,” Malone-Montgomery said. “The drive-thru model, the quality of the product and the energy of the brand create something special for customers. I knew that with the right location and the right format, the opportunity was still very strong.”

While the journey to opening this location required patience and persistence, Malone-Montgomery said bringing Ziggi’s to Beaumont has been a long-held goal and one she remained committed to seeing through.

“My time in the Army and my career in operations leadership taught me that plans rarely unfold exactly as expected,” she said. “You learn to adapt, stay disciplined and keep executing the mission even when circumstances change.”

That same mindset helped guide her decision to bring Ziggi’s to Beaumont, she said.

“Beaumont is a community that’s clearly on the rise,” she said. “There’s a lot of growth happening, and I’m excited for Ziggi’s to become part of people’s daily routines and a place where the community connects.”

Guests can enjoy Ziggi’s full lineup of specialty coffee, signature chai, Dirty Sodas, Energy Infusions, KidZone drinks and food options throughout the opening week. For Malone-Mongomery, opening day will serve as a reminder of her long-term goals.

“Opening day will represent perseverance,” she said. “This journey has taken years of patience, problem-solving, and belief in the vision. Serving that first customer will be a reminder that if you stay committed to the goal, you can eventually bring the vision to life.”
