• Student-organized bike-along brings awareness to current biking infrastructure (scotscoop.com) — Belmont students and bike advocates just rode a 5.5‑mile route through Belmont and San Carlos to spotlight dangerous gaps in local bike lanes and intersections, especially around Carlmont and Old County Road. Their feedback is feeding into early-stage planning with the city of Belmont to improve bicycle infrastructure and make everyday school and commuter rides safer.
