Belmont Plans Earth Day Celebration At Twin Pines Park

This year's Earth Day celebration is surely an event not to be missed.

BELMONT, CA - From the City of Belmont: Saturday, April 13th 9:00 AM-Noon. This year’s Earth Day celebration is surely an event not to be missed. There will be several stations available for Belmont residents to drop off their E-waste, gently used books as donations, confidential document shredding, and pick up of free compost for their gardens.

The Meadow located adjacent to the stations will house several booths with information from a number of agencies about clean energy, sustainability, recycling, drought-tolerant planting, stormwater, Children’s hands-on activities, and much, much more!

Thanks to our partners, many activities and resources will be available to the community during this event.
