We asked Patch Readers what they thought the biggest safety issues were in their town. Here’s a list of the most pressing problems, from break-ins to traffic jams:
- "People driving like nuts down Elmer street. They are trying to cut the traffic from Old County Road and are just driving too fast not caring about kids in neighborhood. I wish we could close that street or put a bump because it is a catastrophe waiting to happen."
- "People driving too fast on our curvy one lane roads"
- "No sidewalks and crazy fast traffic"
- "Traffic on Ralston"
- "People don't obey stop signs! Some don't even slow down!"
Is there a problem that wasn’t mentioned? Share it with us in the comments below or on our Belmont Patch Facebook page.
