French Lunch Was Magnifique!

The French Language Group at the Twin Pines Senior & Community Center presented a wonderful French lunch on Monday, Aug. 8. Retired French chef Joseph Garcia with his wife, Ana and cooking support from Michele and Bernard Guillot, provided three kinds of pate, beef Bourguignon, herbed potatoes, salade Provançale, and crêpes with fig confit with vanilla ice cream and caramel syrup. Other members of the group provided entertainment, decorating and fun! Nearly 60 people particpated in the delicious meal, sang French songs and socialized together.
