By Bay City News Service: Crews have controlled a one-alarm fire aboard a boat in the Redwood City marina area this evening, according to a San Mateo County fire dispatcher. The blaze was reported at 4:11 p.m. on a boat in the area of 1450 Maple Street near the Bair Island Aquatic Center, the dispatcher said. The fire was under control by 5 p.m. No injuries were reported and no other information was immediately available.(Image via Shutterstock)

Crews have controlled a one-alarm fire aboard a boat in the Redwood City marina area this evening, according to a San Mateo County fire dispatcher. The blaze was reported at 4:11 p.m. on a boat in the area of 1450 Maple Street near the Bair Island Aquatic Center, the dispatcher said.

The fire was under control by 5 p.m. No injuries were reported and no other information was immediately available.

Fire broke out Monday afternoon in the Redwood City marina.
