The decision whether or not to go to college is massive. But, for the students who choose to continue their education, an even larger choice lies ahead- which college to attend? With over 4,600 colleges and universities in just the U.S. alone, the process of finding the perfect one can seem extremely daunting. Luckily, there is a resource that makes the search for colleges so much easier. It is called SuperMatch College Search, and it can be found on every student's Naviance account.
SuperMatch narrows down your choice of colleges by taking your self-entered preferences and filtering out the schools that don't quite correspond. For example, it asks you questions such as what your major is going to be, or whether you would like a big school or a small school. Then, after it has taken your preference on over 20 categories, it presents you with a list of colleges that are best tailored to you.
Personally, even though I am only a sophomore, I found this resource super helpful in finding the schools that I might want to go to in the future. I hope it helps all of you out as well.
