Is That an Ad for the Carlos Club on Craigslist?

The Carlos Club is up for grabs for $350,000 on Craigslist, according to this ad placed by owner Fred Duncan.

"Wow, this iconic bar/nightclub is up for grabs," the ad says. "Has the coveted license #48 with entertainment. Sky is the limit on possiblities. Beautiful, fully renovated building with sound system, POS-3 terminals, 5-TV's, granite top bar, VIP area, huge walk-in, 10x10 business office, and complete turn-key business."

The Club has been the center of much dispute recently after the city council rejected Duncan's request to expand, putting his business in jeopardy. Duncan has considered suing the city though no paperwork has yet been filed.

The headline to the ad reads "Carlos Club - Since 1947."

The ad continues to discuss details, rent, and process: "$5,000 monthly lease, plus NNN. CPI yearly increases. Building is not for sale. I will finance with $350,000 down. Must be stellar credit and references. Please, no resellers or brokers. I will only deal with the end-user. Bottom Floor lease."
