Six-Time Repeat DUI Offender Facing 2 Years in Prison
San Mateo County prosecutors say there was an open bottle of Crown Royal whiskey on the front passenger seat when the man was pulled over.
REDWOOD CITY, CA- A Discovery Bay man could be sentenced to two years in prison after pleading no contest Tuesday to his sixth drunk driving charge for a traffic stop in San Mateo County last Christmas Eve, prosecutors said this week.
