Manual Ramos wants immunity from federal prosecution if he testifies in the Kelly Thomas civil case.
Ramos is scheduled to give a deposition next month in the wrongful-death lawsuit brought by Kelly Thomas’ father. In his court papers he claims the FBI is investigating the case and says if he isn’t given immunity, he wants a judge to limit the scope of questioning in the deposition. This is unbelievable. He deserves exactly what Kelly Thomas got and nothing more.
