Dan Lipton, Associate Publisher for TRAVELHOST of Long Beach/South Bay, has been appointed to the TRAVELHOST Advisory Board. As an Advisory Board member, Lipton will be one of only five Associate Publishers from across the nation that sit on the board.

As an Associate Publisher, Lipton works closely with area chambers of commerce, convention visitor’s bureaus, and local businesses as well as area hotels that carry TRAVELHOST of Long Beach/South Bay for their guests. He provides local recommendations for travelers to the community and directs them to places for dinning, shopping, attractions and events, which allow them to create “treasured memories” during their visit. Lipton’s second edition is due out May 1st and he will distribute 20,000 copies to more than 70 hotels. He has increased the pages from 48 to 64 and includes over 94 recommended businesses for the 200,000 travelers that will be using the magazine to make decisions on where to dine, shop and be entertained during the stay in Long Beach/South Bay.
