Belmont Shore Weather: Fog, Cool Temps Replace Excessive Heat

BELMONT SHORE, CA – After long, grueling days of red flag warnings, wind advisories, and excessive heat warnings, Southlanders will finally get some much needed relief from the blazing temperatures. Looking ahead to this week, the weather will drop significantly along with an increase in fog – and even the chance of rain.

Pull out your sweaters and fuzzy socks for some cozy fall weather. Here's temperatures in Belmont Shore this week from the National Weather Service:

Patchy drizzle before 11am. Cloudy early, then becoming mostly sunny, with a high near 67. Southeast wind 5 to 10 mph becoming south southwest in the morning. Winds could gust as high as 15 mph.

A 20 percent chance of rain after 11pm. Cloudy, with a low around 61. South southeast wind around 5 mph.

Tuesday
A 20 percent chance of rain before 11am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 66. Southeast wind around 5 mph becoming west in the morning.
