The California Highway Patrol shut down the San Diego (405) Freeway near Long Beach Airport early this morning after a transient pulled a weapon on another during a dispute at a roadside encampment, police said.It happened after midnight in a transient encampment next to the San Diego Freeway at Lakewood Boulevard, Long Beach police Sgt.
