Times Square drops a big ball to celebrate the new year. Belmont Shore drops a giant pumpkin (80 lbs.) to celebrate the start of Howl'oween! The pumpkin will drop approx. 2 p.m. this Sunday at Livingston Park! This annual HUGE pumpkin drop will be a smashing hit, just before the Haute Dog Howl'oween Parade and SoCal Kids' Halloween Costume Contest (free entry for kids).
