The Queen Mary will join millions of people around the world and turn off their lights for Earth Hour. But that's not all, they are also hosting a fun party featuring an unplugged musical performance, historical Q&A with the ship's captain, sounding of the horn when Earth Hour begins, bicycle power demos, wind turbine power demos, lots of green information, giveaways, prize wheel, raffle and a video showcasing the front desk uniforms which are created from plastic bottles.
At the cash bar you can enjoy organic cocktails such as the TREEtini, Unplugged, and Lifewater plus organic wine and beer. Complimentary hors d’oeuvres, soft drinks and infused water will also be served.
