Mindful Parenting Yoga

Come breathe, relax and deepen the connection with your children!

This adults only, weekly 90 minute class, gives parents the opportunity to recharge and reflect upon the wonderful yet challenging, journey of parenting.  By deepening our awareness of  mindfulness, through a gentle yoga practice, journaling, and discussions, we  can deepen our compassion, and acceptance--towards ourselves and our children.  

Free Introductory Class to Mindful Parenting:  Wednesday, February 1, 11:45am-1:15pm

8 week session:  Wednesday February 8-March 28 from 11:45am-1:15pm

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that will allow you to move freely, and bring a mat,  journal/notebook and pen to write in
