The Downtown Long Beach Associates hosts "Out to Lunch," a free series of mini-concerts at Promenade Square Park, every Friday during the month of September.
Residents, visitors and employees are invited to purchase "Lunch To-Go" meals from downtown restaurants and listen to festive music from local bands.
