
Fuego’s Sweetheart Sunday Brunch costs $45 per adult and $22 per child plus tax and gratuity, with 18 percent added to parties of six or more, on Sunday, Feb. 12, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The Sweetheart Sunday Brunch begins with an assortment of Salads and Display including Baby Mesclun salad with assorted dressings, Marinated Tomato salad, Heirloom Beet salad, Potato Salad with smoked bacon dressing, Antipasto salad, a Cheese and Charcuterie Station, grilled vegetables, marinated mushrooms & olives, exotic fresh fruit, melon and seasonal berries.
A variety of sumptuous stations include a Seafood Station with Gulf shrimp, mussels escabeche, Bodega Bay oysters, assorted Ceviche, classic cocktail sauce, herb remoulade, mango mustard sauce and shallots mignonette; An Omelet Station featuring omelets and eggs prepared to order with choice of meat, vegetable or cheese; and a Taco Station filled with a selection of grilled skirt steak, chicken and seafood with fresh home made salsas. In addition, a Bakeries and Bread Station presents mini baguettes, assorted rolls, mini muffins, croissants, brioche, coffee cakes; along with a selection of miniature desserts, crème brûlée, fruit cobbler, macaroons, truffles and chocolate covered strawberries.

Delicious Entrées include a choice of Crab Benedict with two poached eggs, jumbo lump crabmeat, sautéed spinach, tomato, grilled baguette with velvet champagne hollandaise; Braised Prime Short Ribs with Brazilian braised short ribs “Pot Roast Style,” juniper port demi glaze, garlic mashed potatoes and braised vegetables; Four Cheese Chile Rellenos with large pasilla chile filled with four cheeses, fresh tomato-onion sauce, chipotle-black beans and rice; Citrus Braised Pork Carnitas with moist and crispy pork carnitas, red pasilla tomato sauce, spicy green rice, chipotle-black beans and yellow corn tortillas; Fillet of Mahi Mahi with mole Amarillo aji, garlic mashed potatoes and braised vegetables; Roast Chicken with half chicken marinated and roasted to perfection, chicken au jus, roasted Peruvian purple potatoes and braised vegetables; or Grilled Lobster Tail prepared Puerto Nuevo-Style with spicy green rice, chipotle-black beans, roasted corn, drawn garlic butter sauce and corn tortillas.
