The Long Beach Cinematheque and the Art Theatre of Long Beach present this special Easter Sunday Sound of Music sing-a-long event.
Song lyrics will appear on the screen during the movie so that the audience can sing along to Climb Every Mountain, Edelweiss, and everyone's favorite Sound of Music songs.
There will also be an Easter Egg Hunt; eggs will be distributed throughout the theater and the doors will open to the children at 1:15 p.m. so that they may hunt for them.
There will also be a fun Sound of Music Costume Contest. Last year's winner was an adorable "brown paper package tied up with string." Who will this year's winner be?
