Long Beach City Council member Gary DeLong will host the monthly 3rd District Neighborhood Association Meeting on Thursday, Nov. 10, at 11:45 AM at the Long Beach Yacht Club, 6201 East Appian Way. Rich Dines, Port of Long Beach Commissioner, will be guest speaker.
