The special Valentine’s Day 4-course prix fixe dinner costs $75 per person plus tax and gratuity on Tuesday, Feb 14, from 5-10 p.m.
The Valentine’s Day Dinner entrée features a choice of Prime Tenderloin of Beef with sliced charbroiled prime beef, port wine peppercorn sauce, potato gnocchi, black trumpet mushrooms and winter vegetables; Champagne Poached Halibut with champagne poached halibut, white grape burgundy Buerre Blanc, vegetable cous cous, orange, apple, and hibiscus; Spice Loin of Lamb with pan-seared Australia lamb, pomegranate glaze Medjool dates, fingerling potatoes, Brussels sprouts and caraway nage; or Grilled Vegetable Terrine with layers of grilled vegetables, shaved potato, grana padana, and roasted velvet red pepper coulis.
Topping off the evening is a sensational dessert featuring a Chocolate Marquise and Assorted Macaroons with chocolate ganache and hazelnut baked chocolate sponge cake with raspberry sauce.

A complimentary glass of Poema Cava champagne and sparkling cider will be served along with a variety of beverages including fresh brewed coffee, decaffeinated coffee, hot tea, and a selection of assorted chocolate truffles.
