Five new listings in Belmont Shore-Naples

Five new listings joined the area's offerings this week in the Belmont Shore/Naples area, brining the total available inventory to 93 houses and 34 condominiums.

Here's the new listings:

8321 N. Marina Pacifica Drive - $279,500 - This top floor condo has a waterfront location and cathedral ceilings. The price includes two covered parking spaces.

134 Park Avenue - $679,900 - Situated on a corner lot in Belmont Shore, this three bedroom, two bathroom home has been recently remodeled and has hardwood floors. The kitchen has a tile backspash and stainless steel appliances.

115 Siena Drive - $749,000 - With two bedrooms and one bathroom, this Naples beach cottage offers 873 sq. ft. of living space. There are hardwood floors, a remodeled kitchen, newer roof, central heat and air conditioning.

5712 Malaga Place - $889,000 - Built in 1990, this four bedroom, three and a half bathroom home is located in the gated community of Del Lago. It features an updated kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances, two fireplaces, and a patio with a built-in barbecue and spa.

172 Cordova Walk - $1,295,000 - This Naples home was built in 1924 but renovated and expanded in 2005. It has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, an open floor plan, and a kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances. It is situated on a one-way street with a canal at the end.

Since the beginning of the year, 53 houses and 41 condos have closed escrow. The average sales price for houses so far this year is $894,901 and for condos, it's $402,313.
