Perched on a hillside in Hollywood, the Magic Castle is a renowned club house for magicians. Its history goes the way of many grand old homes. A master with a vision who builds the home. A failed dream. Re-purposing of the home for a variety of less distinguished uses (a multi family building, an elderly home, a maze of apartments). Luckily for us all, these were followed by a rescue of the old home by a Hollywood writer driven to bring to life the vision of his then deceased father, a renowned magician. You can read about the Magic Castle clubhouse here.

The Queen Mary is teaming with none other than the Magic Castle for a royal magic transformation known as FantaSea.

For a short weekend the Queen Mary's rooms and decks will be known as the Enchanted Corridor, the Hocus Pocus Parlor & Pub, Wizard Alley & Platform, the Cauldron, the Abracadabra Cafe and the Secret Circle Study. Visitors will be able to sample a variety of magical performances and experiences, and aspiring magicians can visit with accomplished for interactive training.

Can you wear your wizarding costume? I don't see why not!
